The Helpline is open:
Monday to Friday
9:30am to 12:30 pm and 1:00pm to 4:30pm.
You can leave us an answerphone message if you call outside Helpline opening hours, or when the Helpline adviser is busy with another client. However, the Helpline answerphone will not be checked outside Helpline hours, so it is not suitable for urgent messages.

You can leave an answerphone message if you call outside Office hours, or at a busy time.
Please call the Nottingham office, even if you want to discuss a service delivered in another location.
Urgent messages should go to the Admin Office, but this number should not be used for general enquiries about dyslexia.

You can download directions to find Sherwood House by car or by public transport.
You can also link to an online mapping site for the location of Sherwood House.
We can arrange level access for wheelchair users and others with restricted mobility.
Please let us know in advance if you want to use the level access route from First Avenue.
The main entrance to the building is reached by two short flights of three steps each plus one single step.
A wheelchair accessible WC is available.
The Dyslexia Association is based at Sherwood House in Nottingham, but also delivers services at other locations around the country.
We will normally send you directions if we book an appointment for you in another location.
