The Dyslexia Association is a membership organisation. Members are eligible to vote at annual general meetings and vote for and offer themselves as trustees.
The trustees aim to recruit and select legal members who will offer a representative voice, breadth of experience and a balance of skills. Based on the principle that a diverse and balanced membership is beneficial to the organisation.
Stakeholders groups are:
1. Specialists in the field of dyslexia
2. Currently contracted service deliverers
3. Staff
4. Service Users (past and present)
5. People with relevant experience to benefit the organisation
