Helpline

Our Helpline is closed on Wednesday 20th March 2024, please leave us a message, or send an email to helpline@thedyslexia.co.uk. Thank you.

The Dyslexia Association Helpline is a national helpline service providing information and advice about dyslexia and related subjects. There is no charge other than the cost of a standard rate telephone call.

We offer free, confidential and impartial information, and we may signpost to other services, including mental health support services. We receive calls and emails from a range of professionals, parents, employers, and educational settings.

The Helpline is sometimes very busy and we may be unable to help you immediately. We are currently experiencing an exceptionally high demand for our support. Please be assured that we will answer your message as soon as we can, however it may take up to a week before we are able to respond.

You can call us on 0115 9246888, we are open on Tuesday – Friday 09:00am – 12.30pm

We can also be contacted via our email helpline@dyslexia.uk.net

It can take up to 5 working days to reply to your emails or voice messages for more complex enquiries, or during high demand.

Sometimes we close our helpline for staff holidays. Please look out for messages on our home page, or answerphone messages when dialling the helpline number.
